What devices are needed to run your software?

Instacom’s Mission Critical PTT software runs on both iOS and Android based devices.  Our Patrol and Inspection Management reporting software currently only runs on Android based devices.

What kind of support do you provide?

We offer 24 hour support in order to respond to any issues you may run into.

What is your pricing structure

No two operations are the same.  We custom tailor each solution we provide to ensure your needs are met. Pricing is based off of those needs.  Volume discounts are available.

Do we need to buy your devices to use your services?

Absolutely not! You are more than welcome to bring your own device.  However, should you need devices,  we have industry partners that can help with this.

Do you provide trials?

Absolutely!  Reach out to us for a no cost demonstration, and a free trial of our services.  We will provide you with the required licenses to prove we are the right fit for your operation.

What is the uptime for your Mission Critical PTT?

As two way communication can mean the difference between life and death, we strive to ensure maximum uptime.  We are proud to say we currently have a 99.999% uptime.  This is all due to our multiple redundancies and network infrastructure.

What if we already have an existing provider?

No problem! We offer scalable solutions that can be tailored to fill any gaps that may be present. Our services are modular, and can be scaled up or down with ease.

Can I customize the service based on my needs?

Absolutely!  Instacom can help you put together a custom package to suit your requirements, avoiding bloated charges for modules that are not needed.
